Refund policy
Due to the fragility of our products, returns are not accepted. Please note, Fjord and Fable reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the event that a product arrives damaged, please email service@fjordandfable.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send replacements. Please provide photos of the damaged items and shipping box, Order Number, and any additional details.
If the product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or refund the amount of the damaged goods. Refunds will not be available for Gift Cards or Sale Items.
Wholesale orders are not processed on this website, and are therefore considered outside the parameters of this policy. Please visit our Wholesale page for more information.
